What this site is

A description of what we build and what it costs. It is an invitation to talk, not an offer capable of being accepted, and nothing here creates a contract between us. We take care to keep it accurate and we update it when it stops being so, but we do not promise the site is error-free or continuously available.

The Build Map

The Build Map is free, and it stays free whether or not you buy anything. There is no obligation attached to requesting one, and no pitch on the call that produces it.

It is our professional opinion about your operation, written from what you tell us in a 30-minute conversation. It is not an audit, and it is not accounting, legal or tax advice. The dollar figures in it are estimates built from your own numbers — useful for deciding what to build first, not a forecast you should bank on.

Once we send it, the map is yours. Keep it, forward it, act on it yourself, or hand it to a different builder — we would rather you had a clear picture of your own business than owed us something for it.

The prices on this site

The bands under Investment are real ranges we actually work within, published so you can tell early whether this is the right neighbourhood. They are not a quote and they do not bind either of us. Your number comes out of the Build Map, in writing, before you commit to anything.

If a figure here ever conflicts with the agreement we have both signed, the signed agreement wins.

What we ask of you

Give us accurate details in the form. A map built on invented numbers is worth nothing to you.
Do not submit the form on somebody else’s behalf without their say-so.
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or probe this site or the systems behind it.

Our content

The words, design, diagrams and code on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read it, share a link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or pass it off as your own work.

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from decisions you make on the strength of a free Build Map. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from work we are actually engaged to do is governed by that engagement’s agreement, not by this page.

Governing law
